Since 1953, United Way of Gaston County has taken a lead role in bringing about change in our community by pooling resources to get to the root causes of issues that impact us all. It takes us all working together to reach our goals of a stable and strong community that will benefit everyone. We support and invest in health and human services that provide a vital support in the front lines of social change.
United Way of Gaston County has identified four priority impact areas for funding: Promoting Health and Wellness, Helping Children & Youth Succeed, Providing for the Elderly and Improving Individual’s Employability. Your dollars help support programming in each of these focused areas.
